Variety Club is delighted to welcome Omid Djalili as 'the PROPS' host for 2010 and Miss World who will be presenting the Awards.

Since its inception in 1992, the PROPS, the Variety Club's Property Awards Lunch dedicated to the UK's property industry, has become the premier event to support and attend.
Founded by Neil Sinclair and Ronnie Nathan, the PROPS has dedicated itself to the Variety Club's Easy Riders Wheelchair Programme. Since 1992, we have raised nearly £6 million to include the provision of over 1600 wheelchairs.

We are very proud that the property industry is playing such a substantial part in giving disabled children the ability to gain independence and self esteem. The recent provision of sports wheelchairs is giving some of the children the aspiration to compete in the Paralympics 2012 and in team sports including wheelchair football, rugby and basketball.

For 18 years, the PROPS has recognised individuals and companies in the property industry who have excelled and this we will continue to do.

It is also a fun lunch. This year, the Awards will be hosted by award-winning actor and comedian Omid Djalili. An added feature of this year's event is that the Awards will be presented by the recently crowned Miss World. Matthew King LLB, who was paralysed in a rugby accident, but recently graduated with an honours degree in law and has been appointed as the new PROPS Ambassador, will also attend the event this year.
